In response to academic chemical safety management requirement focuing on chemical wastes generated in the academic laboratories, our company has specially designed and developed a series of safety cabinets, effectively providing hygienic, safe and non-toxic public environment to the academic institutions.
Chemstore Liquid Waste Safety Storage Cabinets possess the following characteristics :
- Exhaust type cabinets with fixed-time exhaust of toxic gases produced by liquid waste and simultaneous replenishment of fresh air to fulfill industrial safety requirement.
- Cabinet constructed of electroplated steel sheet or stainless steel material, strong and durable against corrosion.
- Drawer design using three-segment double rail heavy duty sliding track, easy to slide in or out, can stand up to 150 kg without deformation.
- The chemical waste canisters are placed in a stainless steel leak-proof tray which is subsequently housed in the drawer cabinet. This prevents the risk of leakage and cross-reaction of the liquids.
- The drawer is supplied with a label slot, left-right locking device with handle, individual key lock to facilitate safe storage and management of liquid waste.
- Elongated alloy metal handle facilitates opening and closing of drawers.
- Optional exhaust activated carbon filter to reduce environmental pollution. Cassette-type activated carbon filter is easily replaced by sliding in or out of the filter holder.
- The modular system is easily installed as an individual unit or as an assembly of cabinets providing flexibilities to the user.
